This policy explains how PAWders collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit pawders.com or join our priority list.
PAWders is operated by Simple Brands Group, LLC (“PAWders,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our mailing address is 120 Newport Center Dr., Newport Beach, CA 92660.
Notice at collection
We may collect identifiers such as your name and email address; information you choose to provide about your pets, such as pet name, species, breed, weight, and optional birthday or gotcha-day information; and internet or electronic activity information. Optional Google Analytics activity is collected only after you select “Accept analytics.” Standard hosting and security logs may process IP address, browser, device, requested URL, and timestamp to operate and protect the website.
We use this information to operate the priority list, send requested launch and product communications, personalize your PAWders experience—including pet celebration messages or order-related surprises through communication channels you have already agreed to receive—secure and maintain the website, respond to requests, and—only with consent—understand website usage. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through this website.
Sources and service providers
We receive information directly from you and automatically from your browser or device. We may use vendors that provide website hosting, security, email delivery, and—if you accept optional analytics—Google Analytics. These vendors may process information for us under their applicable terms and privacy commitments.
Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
PAWders does not sell personal information and does not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Optional analytics remains disabled unless you affirmatively accept it. You can reject or withdraw analytics consent at any time through “Privacy Choices.”
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies remember your privacy choice and support security. Google Analytics cookies are loaded only after acceptance. For details, see our Cookie Policy. We honor supported Global Privacy Control signals by keeping optional analytics disabled.
Retention
We retain priority-list information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide requested launch communications, operate the list, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may ask us to delete your information. Security logs are retained according to our hosting and security providers’ operational schedules.
California privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, California residents may request access to categories and specific pieces of personal information, correction, deletion, and information about collection and disclosure. You also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a right to limit its use.
To submit a request, email hello@pawders.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law.
Email choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing or launch emails using the unsubscribe method provided in the message or by emailing us. Transactional responses to requests may still be sent when necessary. Providing optional pet details, including a birthday or gotcha day, does not grant, renew, or modify marketing consent.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
